Join our team! Recalled is looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Store Associate. We are a local streetwear shop in Mississauga that loves vintage clothing and sneakers. After growing our online presence through Instagram and TikTok, our in store experience allows our customers to get the Buy-Sell-Trade experience.
The role of the Store Associate is to provide exceptional customer service by encompassing all facets of the Recalled retail experience by managing inventory, buying and trading sneakers and clothing, and directing our online presence. You are an interactive and outgoing communicator with an obsessive interest in fashion, retail, and commerce.
Your Responsibilities
- Accurately negotiate and price streetwear, vintage, and sneakers in buying sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in store
- Efficiently manage inventory through Excel and Shopify
- Manage an e-commerce website through taking product photos, creating listings, and responding to any online inquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storefront
- Participate or initiate social media content (new ideas are always welcome!)
Your Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge about streetwear, fashion, vintage clothing, and sneakers
- Commitment to our values and growth within the company
- Experience with Excel
- Quick learner and self-starter with strong initiative
- Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate good negotiation skills
