With Nike wanting to expand their equipment from solely hiking to other outdoor activities, the All Conditions Gear line was founded in 1989. Outdoor activities were on the rise in the 90s and Nike fulfilled this market with the launch of Fleeces, Jackets, Bottoms, and Sneakers.
